V-TES has become Global Wind Organisation (GWO) certified, as we continue to train to the highest of electrical standards.
Striving to excel in the specialist electrical engineering services we provide, V-TES has set out a new vision, which encompasses the energy transition and allows for the supply of services to the world of alternative energy.
Continuing to invest in development and knowledge across the business, our engineering team have recently completed the GWO course via Maersk Training centre. All V-TES Engineers are already fully Oil & Gas ‘BOSIET’ certified, making for a natural progression into the offshore wind sector.
To coincide with the GWO training, we have also increased our high voltage jointing and termination services from 33kV to 66kV. This provides crucial knowledge and experience when dealing with the major power supply experienced in offshore windfarms.
On-going training and development are vital to the success of V-TES, therefore we are utilising our in-house HV training bay to ensure jointing & terminating techniques are constantly put under scrutiny by our senior HV experts.
